My name is Drew Pache, and I am a licensed home inspector, Special Forces veteran, and a 26-year resident of Alexandria, Virginia.
During more than two decades of service, we worked methodically, often under pressure, communicated clearly, and never cut corners — and those are exactly the qualities I bring to every inspection I do.
I started Compass Point to offer homebuyers and sellers something that can be hard to find: a one-on-one experience with the person who's actually doing the work. When you hire me, you get me — not a rotating crew of contractors. I'm on every roof, in every crawlspace, and at every inspection, start to finish.
I cover Northern Virginia and DC and am certified to test for radon and mold. After your inspection, I'll walk you through the findings in plain language and deliver a detailed, easy-to-read report — usually within 24 hours.
